Exciting South Pool Pavilion (located in condo section) with tropical landscaping for that island feel; a large hot tub for relaxing with friends; and a kiddy pool and play area, where kids can run through a mini-waterfall or simply play on the soft-surface. Cooking station available with 2 gas grills and 1 charcoal grill.
North Pool Pavilion (located in cottage/townhome section) includes a heated pool and a cooking station and covered picnic area. 2 gas grills and 1 charcoal grill are available.

A daily setup of two beach chairs and umbrella service included with rental (March-October)! Kayaks and Paddleboards available to rent on the beach.

Townhome Rules:

No smoking is allowed in the townhome. There are designated smoking areas

Mainsail does not allow pets for guests

Mainsail does not allow golf carts, boats, trailers

2 Car maximum in the community

No bonfires or fireworks permitted

Mainsail quiet hours from 10:00 pm-8:00 am. This is not a good complex for loud parties as security will enforce quiet hours and will not hesitate to involve police.
